I got an automated message on my answering machine today about a lost dog in the area complete with description, who to contact if found, and reward info. The call came from a company at http://www.findtoto.com/ . Their service will call thousands of your neighbors with information regarding your missing pet. What an awesome idea!!! I hope those people find their puppy :( xo, Brie

I have Lucy signed up with Home Again. They send out emails every time a pet is lost in the greater metropolitan area. That's all well and great except they never tell you if the pet is found. Now I have to worry about all of those lost pets. It would be nice if they would send out an email if they get found. I could sleep better knowing if they found their way home.

I have to agree with follow up portion - I have been thinking about this poor lost dog since I got the call!
That's a great idea! I saw on the side of the website they post some of the "recent finds" - maybe the dog you got called about will show up soon. :)
That's a great service, but I agree that they should follow up with e-mails about the found dogs! Seems like it would be good advertising, too.
