disclaimer: these do not appear to be part of my diet or any form of clean eating. That being said - they are beyond awesome!
pumpkin bar part
- 4 eggs
- 1 small can of real pumpkin
- 2 cups white granulated sugar
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp crushed cloves
Frosting part
- 1 tiny 3 oz pack of softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup softened butter 1 tbsp milk (I used a little more)
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
In a large bowl mix eggs, pumpkin, oil, sugar. Add dry ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a greased 15x11x1 inch cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Spread frosting on after it cools and cut into bars. Can be topped with chopped walnuts if you like. Enjoy :) xo, Brie

it's aunt Mary's (Andrew's aunt) they are delish and long long gone
they look good. I was wondering if it was her recipe. We're celebrating Abbey's b-day tomorrow night.
