Have you tried this yet? I've been trying to continue with it, makes life SO much easier to have everything planned out and ingredients on hand. I have a great habit of losing the piece of paper I write the menu out on and that kind of defeats the whole purpose :) If I put it here, I won't lose it! So here we go....

Wed - stuffed shells
Thur - steak and seafood risotto
Fri -penne a la betsy

Great idea!
I had been doing it for awhile and then Summer came and I didn't see the need because I wasn't crazed with work, etc. With my coaching season starting up and work and school being hectic I just started it again and I LOVE it! I was able to spend minimally at the supermarket and I was set when I got home tonight to make dinner!
LOVE IT!
I am proud to say my meals are covered for the week thanks to great neighbors!!
