I have a tendency to get completely sucked into infomercials and I am only slightly ashamed to admit that I have fallen victim to such items as the buttoneer (it stunk btw), aquaglobes (they don't work so great either), and Nads Hair Removal (worked - but not quite as well as it did of course on tv)! I was quite taken with this one a few weekends ago love songs of the seventies thankfully common sense prevailed and I realized I probably don't want to be the 30 something mom dancing around the house to Captain and Taneal no matter how much I enjoy them! Don't even get me start on the snuggie... I've been coveting one for awhile!
Well I have fallen victim today to the 10 minute trainer (yes, seriously, I bought it)! You should see the stunning results of the folks that have tried this ;) I would like to think I can find at least 10 minutes to dance around my tv room with resistance bands each day. Hopefully will be here this week and I can hardly wait to post of pic of me showing off in my old jeans like this gal....

These last 2 weeks have been nuts. Took a great vacation and now scrambling to get things together for Liam's First Communion on Saturday. I'll be back Monday with lots of pics and stories :) Have a great weekend!!! xo, Brie
Sweet mother of pearl - I'm getting hooked on Twitter now. I'm always fashionably late to the newest trends in time wasting fun. It's fun... It's different from facebook b/c while finding old friends is quite fun, I am finding this more direct and time saving with one streaming feed (sort of like facebook's home page news feed) It's basically status updates BUT not only can you follow your buds - you can follow famous people which is quite fun along with old favorites like flylady who tweets and reminds me to spends 10 minutes in my hot spots (ahhhh I've missed her) and CNN top stories updates too! See, it's not all stuff and nonsense. Ok, maybe it is.... but did I mention, it's FUN :) xo, Brie

In other news, I did make my bed today and played around facebook and bloglines for around an hour :)

If anyone needs me I will be locked in my room sobbing with a box a kleenex! Ok, I fully admit the picture I submitted of myself is insane, but David Hasselhoff? That's hurtful, mean celebrity machine. Have you ever seen a more random mix of celebrities to look like? As mad as I am at this, I can't stop laughing at it.
