Ta Ta Sunshine

I recently went for my first full skin check with a great dermatologist (if you are in northern NJ - email me b/c I would VERY happily recommend her - I'm tough on docs so if I am recommending her I TRULY give my full endorsement). I had to have a suspicious mole removed - IT HURT but the tests came back a ok and I am glad to be done with it. I am not planning on abusing my freckle face and body any longer, so I am armed and dangerous with

Survivor (possible) Spoiler Alert

By far, one of my favorite Survivor moments.... I loved this Heroes vs Villains season! xo, Brie

Sadly unable to embed so you have to click through. I think it's worth the click to see again (ff to 2:20).

Basket Day

I'm packing the car with oodles of belts, headbands, bags, and jelly watches! The manual labor side of shows is a little less than thrilling for me, but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do. If you are a local Jersey girl like me (Let me tell you something about my family.... ha!) please stop by Wednesday and see me :) I am going to try and remember to take my camera with me for some pictures of the set up.

We'll be participating in the 50th annual Basket Day at Lamington Presbyterian Church in Bedminster - Wed, May 5th from 10am-3pm. Admission is free and lunch is available to purchase. They do a great job with this event and there are always a lot of nice vendors for some Spring and Mother's Day shopping :) More info about the event can be found here

and in other news..... numero cinco has been captured - I'm becoming desensitized to seeing squirrels caught in live traps on the side of my roof which is a frightening state of affairs! xo, Brie

Guess Who's Back

2 more today. If anyone needs me, I'll be drinking some wine from a straw! xo, Brie

Commissioned

We were recently commissioned by my very favorite Daisy troop to make 25 headbands as year end gifts for the girls. We played up the blue to match the daisy vests and how could we resist this perfect daisy print? I think they came out really cute and I hope the girls like them :)

I finished them up last night as I cheered on my very favorite team on the Amazing Race! Can you guess who it is?

Oh my Gravy, I love these cowboys! xo, Brie

Please oh please

May this squirrel chapter be closed forever. You have to admit it's a tiny bit cute - especially now that he is no longer in my attic! Have a great weekend! xo, Brie
