Just picked this up from Costco and I must tell you - it is delicious and low in cals! I will be eating a lot of cowboy caviar this summer! xo, Brie

Looks interesting! I will have to look for it the next time I am there...which section is it in?
It's over by the hummus, salsa etc. I think it was 8.99 - would be so great to serve at a party on the deck with chips and margaritas!
