Talbots Sale - Yahoo!!

I have been waiting patiently, patiently...... like a lion in the grass for this skirt. I decided to roll the dice and see if it went on sale and promised myself I would snatch it up immediately if and when it did. Well it's 30% off and it's officially mine :) They may even mark it down again which would be so cruel of Talbots to rub it in my face, but I have played this type of roulette before with them and lost out on the color or size I wanted.

While there I also picked up not one, but THREE of these shirts at 50% off. White and blue for me and a white for Kay. I think these will look cute with my new Lands End denim skirt too :)

On a completely unrelated note, one of my favorite shows TOP CHEF has started another season!! This is another great Bravo show - I won't bore you all with the details unless you want me too :) Does anyone else watch it? Well the season premiere was superb with a guest hosting from one of my favorites Rocco Di Spirito - I ♥ him!!!! Do try and catch it, it took Project Runway's time slot Wednesdays at 10pm.

cute, right???? xo, Brie

Way to go with the sale! I always feel like I have won a battle when I have waited something out to go on sale. Congratulations!

I'm thinking I might just have to quit my job and take up watching TV full time. There are too many good shows on all at the same time right now. I'm going to have to leave out Top Chef this season as I have already commited to AI and Dancing with the Stars, however after seeing that Priscilla Presley can no longer naturally move her face, I may let Dancing go for the season also. I'm only tuning into see her, but I find her to be disturbing. Maybe I can fit a Top Chef re-run into that space. I will have to check my flow chart and see if it will work.

ha ha... I am same the way with the tv. Booked solid I am! No room for any new programming, but Bravo does have a way of sucking you in on a rainy Sunday with random marathons. They'll get you, you'll love it!

I am concerned for Priscilla, what the heck is she doing to herself????

Even with Tivo and the DVR from the cable company, it's hard to keep up. Sometimes I have to give up eating and sleeping for a while till I'm up to date again.

I love Top Chef, and the first show started out at Pizzeria Uno in Chicago and I was yelling, "I've been there! I've been there!"
