TGIF!!

It's been a long week and I couldn't be happier that the weekend is almost here! I went to spin this morning. The Friday instructor is by far the hardest - she loves high tension and lots of sprints. Nobody gets me sweating like the Friday teacher! Only downside is she is a great lover of bass pumping club music which I am not a huge fan of in any way. I am even less of a fan now because these songs I swear average 10 minutes in length! I keep checking the corners of the room for these guys - HA!
